Correction: 10 day avg. period ends @ close next week, Friday (not Thursday), since there's no trading on Monday (national holdiay).

The 6 day avg so far is $2.61.

$155M/2.61 = 59.31M shares. As heard in conference call (cc) and abridged here, company does not expect to offer substantially more shares, and it's my assumption that with the price dropping 50% since cc company may decide to forgone this option and offer a mix of cash + notes instead. I can always be wrong.

____
Calculations: ($3.01 on Jan 11 + 2.91 on Jan 14 + 2.52 on Jan 15 + 2.58 on Jan 16 + 2.51 on Jan 17 + ^2.15 on Jan 18 )/6 = 15.68/6 = $2.613...

1st-5th day historical quote: table.finance.yahoo.com
6th day quote: $2.15 for today, Jan 18, is an ^unofficial close @ 16:17:35
