Jerom, why compare HAL to KM when KM can't even get a loan. KM problems are fundamental business problems. If there is no business, how can a company survive? On the other hand, HAL problem is a public perception problem that has nothing to do with reality. Remember Sept 11th? It took 3 months to wipe out those fear from the mind of the public. You hardly hear people talk about Osama Bin Landen anymore. The bottom line is that the litigation does not and will not affect the bottom line performance of HAL for the foreseeable future. Given that, how low do you think the stop can go down while HAL keeps bringing in the money. No for long!
