re: The legal expenses referred to by MSFT in the .08 cent charge would be the cost of the litigation Somebody from MSFT was on CNBC yesterday discussing the conference call and they specifically stated that the earnings charge was for the cost of the civil case including the settlement. He said even though the judge rejected the deal, accounting practices required that it be stated on the earnings.
