Because I don't believe that the people in our gov't were the perpetrators of the attacks
The people in the Gov't were hired to keep that kind of attack from happening. They didn't and should be investigated. Instead, the departments they work for, the CIA,FBI,NSA, etc, have had their budgets vastly increased and, instead of being fired or demoted for incompetence, they are being promoted.
police departments should be investigated for all crimes that they were unable to stop before they happen?
As a Libertarian, you, above other people, should know that the Police Dept is not hired to protect us. They are hired to catch criminals after they commit crimes. In spite of that, they do get investigated and fired/demoted if they do too bad a job.
However, the Anti Terrorist crowd at the Federal level were hired to to stop acts of terror before they happened. |
