Do you think that the gov't in place in the 1930s/40s should have been investigated for not stopping Pearl Harbor?

Don't get me wrong, I think that a lot of people should lose their jobs for not being on the ball concerning OBL. However, an investigation, to me, implies a legal wrong doing. IMO, people should lose their jobs, the evidence is that the attack happened. No investigation needed. And it is up to us (the voters) to make that clear and to facilitate it.
