You know Kenneth I agree that some American corporations have become huge monopolies and behemoths that may soon be forced internally,to spit off branches and divisions because of accounting practices and Enron. But you are totally wrong about the Savings & Loan scandals.The government regulations were the problem in that industry.It was a hand-full of crooks that we all became aware of. You have to forget clinton,you must stop thinking in micro-economic terms. Every change in the young life of our nation take time. We had better find lobbyists that can fight the lawyers/lobbyists in Washington D.C.to get control of this country.(Theres a pathetic thought)And I'm not saying that because you are a lawyer. I am saying that because lawyers run this country,and they need to be stopped.We are facing problems ahead of us that make the Enron scandal look like a walk in the park.
