Hi Lee, Teaching is a great way to learn... doing is another. At different times one works better than the other but both are necessary. If your interest in this is learning then as a student I'll certainly derive value. I promised some code to another teacher that I'm late on delivering. I've learned a little outlining it but the real gift will be studying how he uses it... the things he discovers that I wasn't aware of.
