Good point. Most of the big players I know of have pretty good DRP in place. So this duplex infrastructure build also has weighting at the small end. I still see the game playing out with the global carriers, service providers and upstarts slugging it out for share. Similar to the railway buildout. Not clear at the moment that the space isn't quite crowded. We can watch LDCL to see an example of how that's moving tho... Telcos have the upper hand. IMHO. John
