Scott, having lost over $100K on SEXI scam and also loosing ALL confidence in the SEC to EVER put any of the recovered funds in MY pocket but rather in their own Lawyer's pockets. I have learned a LOT since 1996 and the one thing I've learned is an Individual Investor is ON HIS OWN when he plops down his money on any stock.
I recovered my loss by moving on and continuing to TRADE other stocks for profits. I knew eventually I would get burned again and I did, in the little deal recently pulled by XOXO. However, I continue on.

IF the SEC would just for once, get "SOME" lost money back INTO the INDIVIDUAL INVESTOR's pocket which they recovereded from scams like SEXI, then perhaps that would build a sense of trust in what the SEC is suppose to be about. BUT, well we KNOW what happens to that money don't we.

I was just looking at "Stocks Under $5 " and saw current posting on this board. I couldn't believe this old board was still active.
We that lost on SEXI, in my opinion, will NEVER get one single dime back, not one. To read the article you posted just makes me MAD all over again. The LOW LIFE people that pulled this scam shouldn't be able to own a pair of shoes much less "Waving" most of the amount owed. They should not be able to BUY or SELL another stock as long as they live. Nor should they be able to own a car, house, or that pair of shoes until they pay at least 10 times more than they made out of scaming investor's.
SOME DAY, SOME WHERE, SOMEONE is going to walk up to one of those LOW LIFE scumbags and say SMILE at this you (*)

btw Scott, watch and see what FONR releases in the coming weeks, starting NEXT WEEK perhaps.

These are MY opinions and Perceptions,
