And the outflow of foreign capital will not be too helpful to our economy. But, as you say, it is his system. And that is the problem. The fed has too much power. Blame it on Carter.
What to do about it now? I don't know. I don't have all the facts. As Regan said, give the American people the facts, and there is no problem we can't solve.
