John-- Thank you for your incisive posts. I had wanted to express my outside opinion on this latest "Dobry nonsense" and your post prompted me. I agree with your assessments-- Dobry and friends are truly dangerous and must be definitively dealt with (even if that results in his being committed). Reviews of his actions, his seeming paranoia, are actually quite scary. If there is a "legal fund" to assist in helping those resolve this nuisance, please let me know.
