Dimensional Visions Group enters Letter of Intent for the sale of InfoPak MLS Data Delivery System PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 2, 1997--Dimensional Visions Group, Ltd. (OTC:DVGL) announced today that they have entered into a Letter of Intent for the Sale of Assets associated with the InfoPak MLS(TM) Real Estate Data Delivery System. The purchase price for the InfoPak MLS Real Estate Data Delivery System is to be $489,000 in the form of cash, notes and debt assumption. George S. Smith Chairman and C.E.O. stated ``We are pleased with this new arrangement as it will allow us to focus on our core business of DV3D(R) print products and InfoPak(TM) information hardware and software.''
