Eventually, cell phones will become mini computers. Running advanced applications. As of right now, I don't put Microsoft's offering (PocketPC) very high. Sooner or later, the dominate OS for smart phones will make its way into the computer industry and challenge Microsoft.

p.s. the chinese government has been using linux over windows for some time i believe.
