Once upon a time in my life I was actually schooling to be a financial advisor. I remember well when we were discussing employee plans and how common that is and what a recipe for disaster it is. You rely on them for your weekly income, your health insurance and now your entire pension besides. It's insanity that should have been addressed by plan administrator's. It's also positively insane to tie up 80% of your pension in any stock I don't care who. F-ing nuts would be a better way to put it and why that isn't pointed out by the plan people is beyond me.

I'm not one for creating laws and more tape but if the people running these plans can't get people to diversify then perhaps a law could force them to.
