Sonki, you can find out al about Windows CE here:

microsoft.com

And I thought the CE stood for Consumer Environment.

I have one of the Casio handheld devices that incorporates Windows CE. It runs Word, Excel, Email, Scheduling, Internet Explorer and some other programs. Works "almost" like a normal Windows 95 PC. By almost, I mean the applications are somewhat limited as the memory available on these handheld devices is quite small (2-4MB). But most operations work and it is quite sufficient for what it does. And things work pretty much as expected. And communicating to your desktop is a snap.

It runs on an Hitachi S3 microprocessor.

There is a demo program of the handheld devices here:

microsoft.com

So you don't even have to go to the store to try it out.
