Miner - John:

I meant use IE for both windows, not one IE the other Netscape. Is this possible?

Sure almost anything is possible givin time, money, Engineers etc... :-)

I have never heard of anyone having that type of setup.
(2 IE going to two different NIC/ISP at the same time on the same system)

If your goal is to compare the two ISP service for throuput,
reliability, hickups, download speed etc

Why not use a simple method such as:

1 week benchmark test.

First install a network monitoring/logging utility.
(There are many freeware and shareware available for download.)

Day1 run on the cable modem. All network activity is logged.
Day2 run on the DSL .

Alternate every day.

At the end of the week compare/analyse the log files and see whom has the best service according to your Web surfing routine.

Most likely by the end of the week you'll know just by feel
which service is better.

Cheers
