At all times we must keep in mind that, at the time, Gary Dobry vehemently denied being "Bmart". It all started when Dobry posted that a Dr. Jorge Daaboul was going to use AZNT's sugar substitute as part of a study to treat pediatric diabetes. Given Dobry's reputation on the RMIL thread for playing loose with the facts, SMartin and others were quite skeptical:

Oh let's not quibble anymore, why don't we call Dr. Jorge Daaboul and ask him if he intends to do a research project on a nutritional supplement or a dietary supplement. You game?

Note that after Smartin apparently asks if he has the right number, Dobry suddenly claims to have personally gotten calls from Rick Marchese and others during which he appears to imply his wife was harassed.

Mr. tonto,
Excuse me while I laugh Mr. tonto. Mr. Martin PM'd me my home phone number at the same time I recieved phone calls from Mr. Marchese and others. My wife was harrassed. For those who have claimed that I am Mr. Pugs like it was Gospel, you certainly have the 'right' number. If you are sincere with your post, which I seriously doubt, you will PM me , after you talk to Mr. Martin, who he gave my home phone number too, or who he procured it from. Knowing your devious ways I will not hold my breath. Instead, the authorities have been contacted, the harrassment reported, and actions have been take to identify any future harrassment over the phone.
I realize you all have much to lose, but I am a shareholder. You and yours can only be defined as DIABOLICAL.

Wow, SMartin is harassing your wife and Tonto is his sidekick. Somebody must be desperate to go through such extremes. IMO, this short squeeze will be bigger then first thought.

First off, I have posted already that the claims I am Mr. Pugs are false. Mr. Martin has given my home phone number to Mr. Marchese or visa-versa, called my home , and threatened my wife.

If you think I am intimidated that you call my home, I am not. DO NOT CALL MY HOME AGAIN.
As far as "credibilty", you cannot even procure a court case number or documents that are PUBLIC RECORD.

OT: I'm losing count of exactly how many people called your home. So far I can recall it's Marchese, smartin, and Forthright. I can't recall if you said I did or not, but, even though I'm positive I did not, perhaps the evil Zapara hypnotized me into doing so; you never know. Regardless, you seem to be making big deal out of something you say has no place on this thread. Strange.
