With regard to the coloured diamonds :

Toronto, Ontario, (December 20, 2000) - Twin Mining Corporation ("Twin Mining") (TWG - TSE) is pleased to announce that of the 681 diamonds recovered from the 5 Jackson Inlet kimberlite pipes, 62 diamonds are macros with 29 measuring more than 1 mm on the largest dimension. The largest diamonds were found in Pipe 2 and Pipe 3 samples and weigh 0.768 carats, 0.176 carats and 0.139 carats, respectively.

Most diamonds are of gem quality, white and transparent. Of the 681 diamonds, 15 are transparent with colours ranging from pink to amber.
