Steve, I empathize with you. I would like to see all those raped, have their virginity returned, especially innocent children. I would like to see all those murdered alive and with their loved ones. I just don't know how to achieve that. When you figure out how to accomplish this, let me know. How can you see the future and prevent evil before it is perpetrated? Only God can do such things. I don't believe any legal system of man will ever achieve this perfection, but I am thankful for the legal system we do have, the liberty we do enjoy, and the opportunities to make money legitimately and with integrity that are offered here. It is difficult to completely prevent crime while giving honest people opportunity to pursue life, liberty, and happiness, including money made here. The participants are the best watch dogs, because even if you were to appoint a separate independent agency to investigate and screen, that agency or individuals acting on behalf of or for us could suffer corruption. Besides, we would have to pay such representatives or economic police; whereas, those of us who now report scams do not receive pay, only the benefit of preventing further crimes by such criminals.
