Invading Japan after Pearl Harbor was not worth the life of one more American. A lot of Americans lost their lives invading Japan you dummy. Pick up a book. they had to be pushed hard against a wall, vaporized if need be. Warfare has conventions, rules, and limitations. Since 1861 (I think) the world has had agreements as to ethics.
