Tiny addendum on the private placement. A fellow investor called his broker about this placement. The broker knew nothing more than the contents of this announcement. Sometimes a broker will know the particulars of a borrowing like this. The broker further mentioned that he viewed this as a mild positive in that the party/parties who bought into this had to have had a look at the books and found the risk worthwhile. Nonetheless 5 % indebtedness has to have a kicker somewhere.
