I don't put much creedence in what Goldman Sucks downgrades or upgrades or any other house for that matter. Consider this re the enron fiasco..."Perhaps the most laughable change was Goldman Sach's downgrade from the Recommended list to Market Performer on November 21st, with Enron trading at $5.01.
