They are still trying to blame it all on Bill CLinton!!
Focus groups apparently realized that Bush is now in the oval office and were not responding to the tired Republican cacophony over Bill Clinton. They apparently have turned their attention to Hillary Clinton. If I can make out their reasoning it is something like Osama Bin Laden is secretly behind the cattle futures market and was mad because Hillary outtraded him about 20 years ago. They may come up with something really crazy next.
