I agree with most of what you said, because your are talking about the stock price. In the post to which you replied, I was talking about the company's growth and earnings prospects relative to its peers. Enterprise networking growth = Cisco revenues and earnings growth, since they own 70+% of the market.

Now as far as the stock price, I wouldn't bet my retirement on it either. I've unloaded quite a bit more above $20 and may consider buying back in if it goes below $15 again. But we'll see. Right now, I have less Cisco shares than at any other period in the last 5 years. Mostly I'm thinking about using it as a trading vehicle until revenues start growing again sometime in the next 6-9 months.
