Lee, Re: MSFT and IBM.

The evaluations of these two companies are in the stratosphere if you use Graham's parameters. Yes, they could be around in ten years, but what are you willing to pay for them? MFST does have cash but things could get dicey for IBM since they have a fair amount of debt and shareholder value has been deteriorating during the 90's. As Fleck pointed out this company has not made financial progress during the largest IT mania in history. The pension plan at IBM could also be a problem.
