mm - Yes however, anybody who has cash in an MMF knows the interest on those funds have gone down precipitously over the past year, so presumably that effect is pretty profound on a large holder of cash and short-term instruments like QCOM

And it would be a pity if that fact obscured the good growth in chips and Roylaties so why not split them out to show them so thee will be no misunderstanding.

Thats what they seem to me to be doing.
