Phideaux,

DRCO: ACT 6/22 - 6/25 L2 5/23

MIMS: no discernable ACT*. The initial launch point was 3/28/01. That's where one would expect to find an ACT. Pushing any possible ACT forward from there is not advisable. Using 3/28 as the reference for eliciting an IL yields a L2 on 1/2/01.

CMNT: no discernable ACT. 4 possible ILs within the peiod prior to launch. It's over 1 of them (L2 on 7/9/01). It had been over but closed just below the next one on 1/17 and 1/18(L2 on 7/27/01). The next one up is just over 26 now (this one uses the same T2 as the lowest line but uses a tighter L2 at 7/19/01). The highest of the probable ILs has L2 on 6/25/01.

CYMI: again, no discernable ACT.

NTBK: ACT 11/19/01 - 11/20/01 L2 10/10/01 Not in violation...yet. Will be a good one if it gets there.

TSCO: no discernable ACT. L2 on a probable IL is back on 11/22/00. T2 is 12/13/00. No violation...yet.

VIP: no discernable ACT. L2 on a probable IL on 7/11/01. No violation...yet.

VVUS is actually a MIMBO. MIM peak at 11.25 on 3/17/00. Pre-MIM low on 12/22/99 at 1.9375. Post-MIM low on 12/21/00 on the final day of a nasty MDTL retest period at 1.9375. VVUS took that part of the dynamic as far as it could go and avoided failure. After the initial move off the retest you can see the typical H&S that follows...from 1/24/01 to 5/25/01. The current move is the break over the head of that H&S.
As far as the IL/ACT dynamic the ACT is 11/23/01 - 11/28/01.
L2 is 10/19/01. T2 is 11/6/01. Price is currently over the IL but it is early in the process so I would expect a minor pullback to below the IL while maintaining above the ACT. From there another run over the IL is likely.
Another dynamic it is involved with here is the 3 dRSI trick. It has the paste and now the hitch.
VVUS is going to be a very good trader.

TRAC: Currently not in the class of IL/ACT type activity.

DSL: Currently not in the class of IL/ACT type activity.

AGY: no discernable ACT. No discernable IL anchors. See MIMS above for inadvisability of pushing an ACT forward into an already large, long-term upward move.

CHKE: ACT 11/13/01 - 11/14/01 L2 9/21/01 T2 10/9/01. No violation...yet. CHKE is also a MIMBO with a target of 17.25. This price is where the IL will be in 4 more days. If CHKE is to become an IL violator it will have to surpass the MIMBO target. Could be interesting.

PETM: Is in the process of establishing quite a high MIM.
3/22/01 to 3/23/01 is not an ACT due to the upside move on 3/23. A valid ACT has very little or no upside activity during its creation. A more likely ACT is 9/17/01 to 9/21/01. Note the high on 9/17 is 6.60. The highest it gets after that during the creation of the ACT is 6.74. That's very little upside activity.
L2 is 7/19/01 T2 is 8/24/01. No violation...yet.

*where there is no ACT there is no hard downside target after violation. This doesn't mean the stock isn't a good short for whatever short term dives it does take after IL violation.
