I've no idea how the stock will trade on this news (maybe the blip up to 0.50 on Tuesday was the reaction?).

The good news, of course, is that the Guyanese seem to be seeing that some kind of arrangement would be in both countries' interest. On the other hand, the next meeting of the border commission is only scheduled for 4 months from now, so no one seems to be in too much of a hurry to realize these interests ...

But all in all, it does look like drilling is more likely to happen, so that's got to be a plus.
