I am sorry I have little time of late to participate in this discussion. I find what Gary Dobry and his attorney are attempting is very disturbing and unethical, however, not at all outside Dobry's character, as I have come to see it through his various stock pumper and character assassination endeavors on SI, RB and his own website. I noticed this little ethics opinion from the Florida bar. I believe his attorney to be acting in a similar manner as to the attorney in the cited matter. google.com TG
