What you mean is that there was no star wars program developed. No, what I mean is there were no significant accomplishments. The items had nothing to do with Clinton; welfare reform was a Republican initiative that was co-opted by the Carville Media Machine. Clinton didn't do a damned thing to make welfare reform happen, and you know it. Improvements in crime and urban environment were going to happen, with or without Clinton, as part of the Bush (I) economic recovery that was underway when Clinton came to office (and that died before Clinton left).
