hdjr,

I covered my building shorts on the sell off last week. After the January profit taking dried up, money started flowing back into the sector. I agree it will be a great place to short, but the market seems to want to take them a little higher before they start a sustained decline.

Short builders as interest rates begin to increase and long energy as the economy recovers should be a great combination in Q1.
