That is rare!
The valuation on a PE basis is pretty good too.

Valuation and barriers to entry is what really keeps me from selling this stock.

As far as I can tell, there are only two real competitors in this market, neta and symc. There is also Computer Associates but they run into other problems in market their product because they may be in competition with their customers. Therefore, a SYMC type of product will be pushed more by the computer consulting type of companies on their clients. I don't understand the relationships in this industry very well but this is a pretty basic rule, imho.

Many are just small players and the question for large business customers is: will they be around in a few years.

To me that means only 1 or 2 dominant names can exist in this environment. I think it will be the independent names....and believe SYMC is going to be there.
SYMC can probably move into the niche markets now serviced by small companies by buying them out or introducing similiar offerings. This is an emerging market and the visibility out to 18months seem to support this.
