I have read through the prospectus and I see no compelling reason to approve the transaction as a Millenium shareholder. I see this acquisition as a future major cash drain in addition to the immediate encumberance of good will on Millenium's financial statement, if the merger does go through all of corr's subordinated debt will have to be repaid.. I understand the strategy but the pricing is not good. Considering how badly BMY screwed up why should i have more confidence that Millenium knows what it is acquiring? other than as a strategy managers know that bigger is alway better and mean bigger paychecks and more perks. i know we are getting a few more mouths to feed at the BOD table. This shareholder is voting no!
