Someone pointed out a long time ago that this remains a manpower intensive procedure so the growth and profits will be much slower than some new wonder drug. But I'm hoping that once they get a little more publicity, they will get bought up by a bigger company that could properly market this worldwide. Also, there doesn't seem to be any discussion on the effect of this on a healthy person - say an athlete.
Will this enhance an athletes repiratory response? If so, I would expect them to sell a few machines to every competitive professional and amateur team in the world.
