Thank you all. I thought Environmental Impact Assessment Reviews were ridiculously long up here but this takes the cake! So J&J are only involved with US marketing, not CDN, etc.? One would have presumed that their "relationships" would have assisted with the FDA. Its just that we have all seen a few biotechs , with drugs further back in the pipeline than DMX constantly mentioned in the media and trading incredible numbers! I couldn't help wondering why they were garnering all the attention which I presume is the result of a very effective promotional campaign. I've also recently read of several new arthritis drugs approved by the FDA in the last few months and owned by some big players and wondered if some preferential games were being played allowing them to capture markets ahead of DMX approval? I would have thought J&J would have lobbied for coordinated/simultaneous approval. I appreciate this sounds terribly naive, but sometimes you just have to vent. By the way, if you think dealing with HC and their "flexible" application of policy is frustrating, try dealing with DFO!!! Regards and thanks again. Vaughn
