jpgill: The class action lawyers are playing hard ball in the Enron case AND THEY SHOULD...

biz.yahoo.com

No mercy for corrupt Ken Lay and his cronies...It's time to collect the evidence and build the case...I have a hunch that these lawyers will try to go after virtually all the assets that key Enron execs and board members have. They won't get everything BUT they sure will make life interesting for them.

Andersen and The Wall Street firms (that helped set up Enron's offshore partnerships) will be the DEEP POCKETS that the lawyers will target too...Follow the money...=)
