No, the article talked about the fact that Tyco apparently handles debt when a customer buys a Dell machine on their payment plan. This allows Dell to keep debt off it's books and Tyco handles it. Tyco also stated that it will 'eat' the loss if a customer doesn't pay. So, on the surface there appears to be no 'hit' to Dell. Of course, why would Tyco do all that for Dell??? <ggg>
