No, I re-financed it and took out a HUGE slug of cash. Currently sitting in 10-year strips.

As luck would have it my wife almost absolutely bottom-ticked the low in rates back in fall when we committed to the loan, and by the time we got the cash rates had backed up a bunch so I was able to re-invest about 50 bps higher than i would have been able to when we committed. So at the end of the day my after-tax fee for carrying around a few hundred K of the bank's money is nicely less than 100 bps, after tax. So I have lots of liquidity at a low cost. I figure I am going to have ample opportunities to put that liquidity to work in the next several years <g>
