I just spoke with someone that controls a large % of the stock and is close to the company. He supports the "building in some cushion to pleasantly surprise" idea. He also concurs that they can complete testing in 30 days if they want to and that the 3rd line is likely to be in before the end of the year and mentioned that they're very pleased with quality of line 1's cells.

A large fund manager who spoke with the company after the conf. call emphasized how enthusiastic they are about the Italian lines. It looks like line 2 will arrive Friday.
