TGPTNDR, sorry, I don't mean to trivialize the trial, but really, try to be realistic. MSFT has gotten out of worse. The government was\|this\|close to breaking up the company, but now they are scott free. Just enough time for Billy to lick his wounds and prepare for another court case. Yes, AOL-TW is big, and they can spend their way through the legal system, but what makes you think that MSFT wouldn't be willing to outspend them, or sleep with every government official in this country, to get what they want? wbmw
