i think it is you that needs to consult a financial adviser...in the short term i myself have a 100% profit in my home in the last 8 years...i'm not in denial to not think that is an unsustainable gain...market prices are already dropping here and thats for prime water front...in town their dropping more.

but i'd love to hear some "facts" as to why realestate is such a fine investment historically in the long run.
