Actually, people make a living stalking celebrities and cashing in on "newsworthy" pictures of them. The news routinely shoots video of people sobbing at crime scenes. It's legal for surveillance cameras to be perched on poles in public places and for those images to be broadcast on the net. She doesn't appear to have much of a case, IMHO.
