I can see similarities but it's not the same as what I've described. You could use a 22 DMA as the signal line for this and see what you come up with. I'm grinning because I think you'll come to some conclusions... I don't know what you'll make of them but it would be interesting! I've no idea how he's determining overbought oversold but guess 22DMA is fairvalue? and the percentage above or below the average determines how much it's OB or OS but that can't be right unless it factors the directional trend of the avg somehow. Maybe that's the number of stocks out of the total 163 stocks that are above the avg as of those dates! :) Hey, I'm kinda off center today and need to get... but looking forward to further input from you.
