Anything bu Normal,

I did a search with no results. I have removed and downloaded about 5 times. Corel Word Perfect was packaged on system and it works perfectly. I deleted Intuit and had gotten the message it shared files and removing might damage other programs. Maybe that was what caused the problem. I have reloaded all the applications on computer and still get the error message when I open word. The strangest thing is that the display for Word when it first comes on is perfect with all the proper details and icons.
