Maybe they are waiting for it to test that $38 number again. IMO, in general, when a company comes out to defend their stock price that's a sign of desperation. The mgmnts job is to focus on their business, not the stok price. If they take care of their business, surely the price will follow, eventually. I wouldn't be too concerned about them not commenting on the stock price.
