Why, cause the FDA did not inform the public on time? cause The Cancer Letter did not published RTF earlier?

A Big Crime was executed almost to perfection, too bad there was a leak.

The Cancer Letter published a public document, it was the Wacksals who did not release a document that belong to the public, the investors are to be given MATERIAL information on time.

If you are talking the drop in price from the $70s to low $50s, it was not the FDA leaks, it was most probably the internal leaks at Imcl, they knew for long what was going on.

You are assuming The Cancer Letter got the RTF from FDA, most probably came from Imcl or fund managers who are looking like wolfs for info.

Many have seen more than a good share of dishonest handling of biotech data, trial results, Fda decisions, and most of the time from the companies, this time is only different cause the ceo got caught plain and simple with the hot potato in the hand and trying to run.

I hope this company management go to jail. BMY lucky if Erbitux works.

Only a disparate mind would like to investigate the FDA and The Cancer Letter.

And you are pathetic suggesting I could make "few bucks" if price drops, I would love to be short, too bad I am not.

I could not care less if you are making or losing money on this one.
