Dayniteshadow,

I took a few minutes to review the history of your problem. I see that in November you posted a question about an XP upgrade and CD burner problem. On January 20 you asked about adding a Word shortcut to Explorer. Then on January 21 you started posting about your Microsoft Word problems. I also see that you have removed and reinstalled Word, but still you are still having a problem.

I don’t know how much help I can be, since I am still using Windows 98SE and Word 97, but if you provide some additional information, one of the knowledge people that follow this thread might be able to provide some additional insight.

What operating system did you upgrade from?
What version of Word are you using?
Was Word working before the upgrade?
Was Word working after the upgrade?

B.K.
