Bulls: Expanded flat target on NASDAQ 1859 Here's the last level of hope for the bulls on this correction: 1859 for an expanded flat.. Wave A: 2066 to 1918 Wave B: 1918 to 2099 (exactly 1.236 of Wave A, which is common in expanded flats: Wave C: 1.618 X Wave A = 1859 on the NASDAQ. A clear break of 1859 would mean the move down from 2099 would be Wave A of a bigger correction..
