George, it is true that it was 5$ last month, but almost any stock that turns itself into a unit or reit is valued much higher. O&Y was the same thing.
Still it pays out monthly 10.2 -11% while a similar fund(I think Atlas) pays quartely and only pays about 9%.
A big thank you for the one who suggested RYL.UN, though they did not increase their dividend, the stock has moved up nicely.
