I am long energy stocks. These things have been crushed and as far as I know, no one is going to stop turning on their lights at night or their heat when it's cold, plus these companies generate earnings which result in dividendpayments to stockholders. I'm long telecom stocks for better or worse--mostly worse for now. Most of my assets are invested in real estate itself or in REITS, and various types of bonds, with guaranteed yields and/or safety. I take a lot of risks with a small amount of money in a stock trading account. Does that answer your question?
